Six months after the stunning 'let's play pretend' (named one of the best albums of 2023's Q1 by Bandcamp) its follow-up, the maximalist epic 'feeding the world serpent' firmly establishes Decuma as one of hip hop's most daringly brilliant new innovators. The 21-year-old MC/producer calls the album "a reclamation of my classical roots, my anger, and my confidence."

In partnership with Extraordinary Rap, a large portion of the album's proceeds will go to CancerCare, supporting cancer patients, caregivers, loved ones and the bereaved. (All proceeds from digital pre-orders, and all of Extraordinary Rap's profits, will be donated to the organization.) As Decuma's godmother recently passed of cancer, they felt that this would be the best way to honor her.
